Excavating
Excavating, grading, building pads, driveways, and drainage work for Indiana and Ohio property owners. Day-rate pricing and a plain scope up front.
(Pending)
Before we arrive
Metal, wire, fencing, private utilities, and septic components have to be removed or marked before the crew rolls in. Our site-prep checklist walks through every item. If the site can't be worked safely on arrival we bill a mobilization minimum of half your daily rate (minimum $1,000) and put $500 back toward the job when you reschedule within 60 days.
Day rates run in three tiers — $2,500 standard, $4,500 difficult, $6,500 severe — set by brush density, terrain, ground conditions, and access. One-day minimum. Run your numbers.
Contract opportunities welcome — commercial, municipal, utility, and developer work.

- Site Prep for a New Build: The Order Operations Actually Happen InDoing the right things in the wrong order is the most expensive mistake in site work. Here is the sequence, and why each step depends on the one before it.
- How to Build a Rural Driveway That Survives an Indiana WinterMost failed rural driveways failed underground, long before anyone noticed. Base, drainage, and crown are what separate a lane that lasts fifteen years from one you regrade every spring.
- Why Drainage Is the Most Expensive Thing You Can Get WrongEvery other site problem is fixable. Water moving the wrong way across your property will cost you again every single year until someone corrects the grade.
