This page is for organizations that need the work done again next quarter, not once. If you manage property, a right-of-way, an easement, or a build schedule, tell us the scope and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right crew for it.
Who we contract with
Four kinds of repeat work
Commercial Property & HOA
Property managers and associations that need the same ground handled year after year, with one number to call when it gets out of hand.
Grounds maintenance
Brush and tree line control
Retention pond and easement clearing
Seasonal snow and ice
Storm cleanup
Municipal & Government
Counties, townships, and municipalities working from a budget and a schedule. We keep documentation clean and invoice against the scope you approved.
Roadside and right-of-way brush control
Ditch and drainage clearing
Public land and park maintenance
Municipal snow routes
Storm debris response
Utility, Pipeline & Easement
Corridor and access work where the line has to stay reachable and the vegetation has to stay off it. Cycle work is welcome.
Corridor clearing
Easement and access road maintenance
Substation and tower vegetation control
Recurring cycle mowing
Builders & Developers
Contractors who need lots opened and pads ready without chasing a subcontractor. If the work moves from site to site, we can move with it.
Lot and site clearing
Mass grading and site prep
Access road and driveway construction
Ongoing work across multiple sites
Structure
How we work on contract
Scheduled recurring service
A set cycle — monthly, quarterly, or a couple of passes a season. You know when we show up and we know what the property needs before we get there.
Per-event call-outs
Nothing on the calendar until you call. Storm damage, a blocked access road, a lot that has to be open by Friday. Priced per event against an agreed rate.
Multi-site agreements
One agreement covering several properties or a portfolio. Work orders come off the same terms so nobody re-negotiates every job.
Rates depend on the ground, the access, and how often we're on site. We put the numbers in writing after we've seen the scope — not before.

What to send us
Scope
What has to be cleared, mowed, graded, or plowed.
Acreage or linear feet
Rough is fine. A parcel number or address is better.
Firebreak Land Co. is owned and led by a veteran. The habits carry over — show up when we said we would, do what we said we'd do, and tell you straight when something changes.
We are not currently certified through the SBA's veteran small business programs and are not registered for federal contracting. If your organization requires a specific certification, registration, or vendor status to award work, tell us what it is and we'll tell you honestly whether we have it.
