Forestry mulching
Eleven acres of honeysuckle and scrub along the creek. They walked it with me first, told me exactly what the day rate covered, and hit the number. Two days, no surprises, and I can finally see my fence line.

Land clearing
We needed a building pad cleared before the concrete crew showed up. They told me up front what I had to flag — old wire fence, a well cap — and they held to the schedule. Ground was left clean enough to stake the next morning.

Brush hogging
Four acres behind the shop that had gone twenty years without a mower. Mulched flat in one day. They sent photos when the deposit was paid and again when they pulled out. That is all I wanted from a contractor.
