Hamilton County, Ohio

Land clearing in Cincinnati, Ohio

Cincinnati is the south end of our territory. Land clearing, forestry mulching, tree service and excavating — and on the steep ground down here, we come look before a number goes out.

What the ground is like here

Cincinnati is the exception in this territory. Southwest Hamilton County was never fully glaciated, so instead of flat till plain you get steep, wooded hillsides above the Ohio and Mill Creek valleys. Those slopes carry a lot of clay and slide-prone ground, and they take longer per acre than anything north of here. Steep hillside work gets looked at in person — we won't put a number on it from a satellite photo.

How we price a Cincinnati job

  • Priced by the day, $2,500–$6,500 depending on brush density, grade, ground and access.
  • Acreage sets the number of days. One-day minimum on every job.
  • You see the rate breakdown before anything is signed.
  • Contract signed electronically in advance — never in your driveway.

Before we arrive

Metal, wire, fencing, private utilities, and septic components have to be removed or marked before the crew rolls in. Our site-prep checklist walks through every item. If the site can't be worked safely on arrival we bill a mobilization minimum of half your daily rate (minimum $1,000) and put $500 back toward the job when you reschedule within 60 days.
