Open roles
Equipment Operator
Run mulchers, skid steers, and excavators. Seat time matters more than a resume.
- Run forestry mulchers, skid steers, and excavators on clearing and site-prep jobs.
- Daily walkarounds, greasing, and basic field maintenance on the iron you run.
- Work around marked hazards, property lines, and anything the owner wants preserved.
Groundsman / Laborer
Saw work, drags, cleanup, and site prep. Entry point to a seat.
- Saw work, dragging brush, chipping, and cleanup behind the machines.
- Site prep: flagging hazards, pulling wire and metal, staging equipment.
- Entry point to seat time — operators here started on the ground.
Climber / Tree Crew
Removals, trimming, and storm work. Rigging experience required.
- Removals, trimming, and storm work around structures and utilities.
- Rigging, roping down limbs, and running a saw in the tree.
- Rigging experience required. Climbing gear and PPE provided.
CDL Driver
Haul iron between jobs across Indiana and Ohio.
- Haul mulchers, skid steers, and excavators between job sites across Indiana and Ohio.
- Load securement, pre- and post-trip inspections, and log compliance.
- Valid CDL with a clean record required. [CONFIRM class]
What we expect
- Show up on time, every day the crew rolls out. When we roll out, we've already committed the day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the yard or job site.
- Comfortable working outside in heat, cold, mud, and dust.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Say something when a site looks unsafe. We stop and fix it.
Pay is based on seat time and certifications. (Pending)
