Snow & Ice Management

Commercial properties don't get to close because it snowed. We keep lots, entrances, and long rural drives open through winter — same crews, same equipment, different season.

Scope

What we handle

Commercial Lots & Drives

Parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and the drive lanes that have to be open before your people show up.

Private Roads & Long Rural Drives

Gravel drives, shared private roads, and farm access that a municipal plow will never touch.

Ice Control & Salting

Pre-treat ahead of a storm and re-treat on refreeze. Applications logged per visit.

Storm Response & Haul-Off

Multi-pass storms, stacked snow relocated off drainage and sight lines, hauled off when the site runs out of room.

Pricing

What snow work costs

Snow work starts at $150 for the smallest driveway. Commercial lots run $250–$25,000 by size, and commercial pricing covers a set period of time. These are ranges, not quotes — salting and haul-off are priced on top.

These are working ranges, not a quote. Lot layout, obstacles, trigger depth, and where the snow has to go all move the number — your agreement carries the real figure before the season starts.

Why us

Why the same crew that clears your land plows it

We already know the property. We know where the drainage runs, where the culverts sit, where the shoulder gives out, and where the equipment fits without tearing up turf or catching a curb under six inches of snow.

A plow contractor seeing your site for the first time in January is guessing. We're working from the same ground we cleared, graded, or mowed in the summer — so the stacked snow ends up somewhere that won't flood the lot in the thaw.

Seasonal agreements

Three ways to set it up

Per push

You pay each time we clear the property. Straightforward in a light winter, more expensive in a heavy one.

Seasonal

One agreed amount covering the whole season, however it turns out. Predictable for a budget; we carry the weather risk.

Per event

Billed by the storm rather than the pass, including the follow-up cleanup and ice control the same event needs.

Every structure is a signed agreement before work starts — trigger depth, priority order, salting, and haul-off all in writing. Rates depend on the site, so we set them after we've walked it.
