Information We Collect
Name, phone, email, property address, and the project details you submit through our quote and booking forms. We also store the date, time, and IP address recorded when you accept our terms or acknowledge site-prep responsibility.
How We Use It
To prepare estimates, execute contracts, schedule crews, issue invoices, and send job-related email such as the site-prep checklist sent 72 hours before your start date.
Advertising & Analytics
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance. Contact details shared with Meta are hashed before transmission. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments & E-Signature
Payments are processed by Stripe and contracts are executed through our e-signature provider. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.
Retention
Contracts, signature audit trails, and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. Marketing photography of completed work may be retained indefinitely.
Your Choices
Ask us to correct or delete your contact information, opt out of marketing email, or request a copy of your executed contract at any time using the contact address listed in the site footer.
