Free digital meeting estimates
Book a property consultation
Tell us what you want your land to become. We'll review acreage, brush density, terrain, and access, then give you a clear day rate and timeline — no vague ballparks.
Bring photos if you have them. Drone shots are even better.
What we'll cover
- What you want the property to become
- Acreage, brush density, terrain, and access
- Hazards to mark or remove before we arrive
- Your day rate, estimated days, and total
- Scheduling and next steps
Helpful to have ready
Property address, rough acreage, and any photos or drone shots of the areas you want cleared.
Have this ready
What to bring to the meeting
The more we can see, the tighter the number. Show up with these and we can usually quote on the spot instead of scheduling a walkthrough.
Plat or survey
Property plat, survey, or county parcel printout showing boundaries and acreage.
Photos of the site
Wide shots plus close-ups of the heaviest brush, biggest stems, and the entrance we'd drive in through.
Maps and pins
Satellite view with the work area outlined, plus pins on anything we need to avoid.
Video walk of the area
A slow phone walk through the work area beats twenty photos. Narrate what you want gone.
Drone footage (if you have it)
Be prepared to show or share drone footage. It's the fastest way to a tight number.
Shot within 96 hours
Everything must be current — captured within the last 96 hours. Growth and ground conditions change fast.
Estimate pricing
Free within 20 minutes. $500 past that — and it goes to the job.
If your property is within about 20 minutes of us, we come look at it in person for free.
Farther out, an in-person estimate is $500. That covers the drive and the day it costs us. Book the job and the full $500 is credited toward your contract price.
Don't want to pay for a drive? The digital estimate is free anywhere we work. Get on the video call with current photos, maps, plat, and video and we price it live — same number, no trip charge.
The 96-hour rule
Current footage only
Every photo, map screenshot, and video you show us has to be captured within 96 hours of the meeting. Brush grows, water moves, and ground firms up or softens in a week. Old footage produces a number we can't stand behind.
If your media is older than that, either reshoot it before the call or be prepared to show or share live video or drone footage during the meeting. If we can't see current conditions, we'll price a site walk instead of the job.
Jobs over 10 acres or on steep grade always get a walkthrough regardless of footage — that's on us, not you.
